About

Play with MASHA

Ball hockey in Metro Atlanta for players 18 and up, or 16 and up with a parent or guardian’s permission. All skill levels, played on foot, with no checking. Come try a Sunday scrimmage or join a drafted league season.
Season registration is closed right now. You can still create your profile and RSVP for scrimmages. We’ll announce the next season on the news page and mailing list.

Casual

Sunday scrimmages

Open games with no team and no commitment. RSVP the week you want to play, and if it’s a big turnout we’ll split into a 9 AM and a 10 AM game. The best way to try MASHA.

  • • Offered between league seasons and through the summer
  • • Summer: season pass or pay per game. Other times of year, often free
  • • Goalies always play free
  • Season pass $100
  • Drop-in $15 per game
  • Goalie Free

Good to know

Do I need to be good?
No. Skill levels range widely and everyone is welcome. It’s recreational ball hockey, and the point is to have a good time.
Do I need a team?
Not for scrimmages: just RSVP. For the league, you register as an individual and teams are drafted before the season.
Is it a contact sport?
No. MASHA is non-contact, with no checking, and it’s played on foot, not on skates.
Where and when?
Sundays at Mark Ogden Hockey Rink, Pinckneyville Park in Norcross. Games start in the morning, usually 9 AM.
How old do I have to be?
18 or older, or 16 and up with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.
