Game 1: Running Rebels 10, Doc Hollidays 5
The Rebels opened the season with an offensive explosion, rolling past the Doc Hollidays 10–5. Donald Kleckner racked up 8 points (1G, 7A), while Will MacDonald and Michael McChesney added 6 each. Despite a strong 4-point effort from Chris Haynes, the Hollidays couldn’t keep pace. Bob Kent finished with a .688 save percentage to help close it out.

Game 2: Bulldogs 2, Panda Hockey Club 1 (OT)
The second game was a defensive showdown that ended in sudden death. Danny Simons scored both goals for the Bulldogs, including the overtime winner. Eric Phelps posted a .917 save percentage in net, while Jeff Paré kept PHC in it with a .905 mark of his own. A tightly played game from start to finish.
