Shayne Mitchell, subbing in, chipped in a goal and an assist, and Bob Kent stopped 14 of 17 shots (.824 SV%) to secure the win. The Ex Presidents got two goals from Sean Fleming and one from Brett Sawulski, but despite a 37-save performance from Eric Phelps (.881 SV%), they couldn’t close the gap.
