Dawg Pac continued their strong season with a commanding 7-1 victory over The Ex Presidents. Chris Haynes led the offense with 5 points (1G, 4A), while Greg Spivia recorded a hat trick to power the attack. Chad Buckwalter also chipped in with 2 goals and an assist, and Bob Kent was sharp in net, stopping 17 of 18 shots (.944 SV%). The Ex Presidents’ only goal came from Michael McChesney, with assists from Danny Simons and Ivan Vukov, but they couldn’t generate enough offense to keep up.

Game 2: Salsa 7, Midnight Riders 2
With league MVP Donald Kleckner returning from a two-game absence, Salsa found their rhythm and overwhelmed the Midnight Riders 7-2. Kleckner wasted no time making an impact, posting 4 goals and 3 assists in his return. Jordan Byers and Will MacDonald each added 3 points, while goalie Brandon Thurmond turned away 15 of 17 shots (.882 SV%) to secure the win. The Midnight Riders’ goals came from Perry Holcombe and Jeff Pare, but they struggled to contain Salsa’s offensive firepower.
